Dr. Michael Nusbaum is a world-renowned weight loss expert who has been in practice helping weight loss patients in New Jersey for over 25 years. His practices have successfully treated over 6,000 patients who have lost over 500,000 lbs. Dr. Michael Nusbaum is board certified by the American Board of Surgery, a Fellow and member of the American College of Surgeons, as well as a Fellow of the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.  Dr. Nusbaum is a leading authority in weight loss and bariatric surgery and has been recognized as a New Jersey Top Doc every year since 2007.

In 1998, Dr. Nusbaum established Saint Barnabas Medical Center’s bariatric surgery program, performing the first laparoscopic gastric bypass and banding procedures there. He served as the cheif of bariatric surgery from 1998 until 2009. He also served as the bariatric section chief for the department of surgery at Morristown Medical Center and surgical director at the Metabolic Medicine and Weight Control Center there from 2008 until 2019.  Dr. Nusbaum has also coauthored definitive textbooks in the field of bariatric surgery. He has appeared as a weight control and obesity expert on NBC’s Today Show and elsewhere in the media.

Annette O. Nusbaum, MD FACR, is a world-renowned and internationally recognized board-certified Neuroradiologist with more than twenty years of experience with Lasers and advanced technologies. She has worked for NYU Langone Medical center for the past 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to Nusbaum Medical Centers and LUXX MedSpa. Her focus is the body and facial skin rejuvenation using the world’s most advanced non-invasive modalities. As a Neuroradiologist, her knowledge of head, neck, and facial anatomy is unparalleled, thus giving her a significant advantage over most physicians in treating patients. She specializes in BBL HERO, HALO Laser, Micro-needling, PRP, PRPFM, Botox, Dysport, and Fillers. We are proud to have such a distinguished physician be part of the practice.

Dr. Daria Klachko-Totten is a board-certified OB/GYN with over 20 years of clinical experience. Over the years, Dr. Klachko-Totten has provided gynecological care to women of all ages and has delivered thousands of New Jersey babies! She has received multiple awards including NJ Top Doctor (New Jersey Monthly Magazine) and Compassionate Care Award. During the last few years of practice, she focused on gynecological care and developed a keen interest in the menopausal transition. During her current role as a National Medical Director at Optum Health, she has been providing multiple seminars on the Menopause Transition to large client groups. Dr. Klachko-Totten is looking forward to providing consultative care to those women who are struggling with hormonal-related symptoms and hoping to help guide them through these sometimes very rocky transitions.
